needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service
Agent. Core Responsibilities Include: Take inbound phone calls from
customers Perform shifts that rotate between Mon-Sun, 6:00am -
11:00pm Respond promptly and in a professional manner Required
Skills: A WOW personality Ability to type 25 wpm Ability to
empathize with our AMAZING customers A hardwired internet
connection with speeds greater than 4MB UL 10MB DL At least 18
years old and able to pass a criminal background check, drug
screening Have a high school diploma or GED
