Job Description
As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver
post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while
serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving
post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and
electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use
of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A
primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for
facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing
advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse
customer situations and escalated issues.
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will interface with the
customer's IT staff on a regular basis. Either at the client's site
or from a remote location, you will be responsible for resolution
of moderately complex technical problems related to the
installation, recommended maintenance and use and
repair/workarounds for Oracle products. You should be highly
experienced in some Oracle products and several platforms that are
being supported. You will be expected to work with only general
guidance from management while advising management on
progress/status.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment.
May have project lead role. Because of substantial customer
interfacing, a demonstrated ability to work with customers on an
independent basis with exceptional communication skills, while
consistently achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction
is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering
or equivalent experience is preferred with five years related
experience. Experience with Oracle's core products, applications,
and tools is important.
Responsibilities
We are looking for Fusion SCM Functional Analyst (80% Functional +
20% Technical) with overall 5 to 10 years of IT experience with at
least 3 years of Fusion experience and remaining years of SCM
domain experience in Oracle EBS. The selected candidates should be
willing to travel (25% of the time) to customer locations and work
in shifts if required as our customers are spread across various
countries.
Job Responsibilities:
The main role of a Support engineer is to troubleshoot and resolve
highly complex functional problems. The key skills put to use daily
are - high level of functional skills, Oracle products knowledge,
problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service
expertise.
You may be involved in assisting customers in their day to day
queries, create extensions, enrichments to the implemented product,
helping them on their journey to cloud, release management
activities for quarterly releases and engage with the customer
business teams to enable them achieve their key business process
KPI(s).

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific

California Pay Range: from $38.17 to $76.39 per hour; from $79,400
to $158,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $36.06 to $68.75 per hour; from $75,000 to
$143,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $34.13 to $72.60 per hour; from
$71,000 to $151,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $40.29 to $72.60 per hour; from $83,800
to $151,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to
account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market
conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products,
industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the
preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
