ABOUT THE ARC
The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is a
no-fee program to assist men & women in their journey to complete
our rehabilitation program. We are grateful for the contributions

ABOUT OUR PROPERTY DEPARMENT TEAM
Property Department of the ARC Command Headquarters oversees all
properties of the 18 ARCs and more than 80 Thrift Stores (and
growing) throughout the western US. The department is looking for a
team member to support the ARC Command Property Director for the
implementation and general support of the deferred maintenance
program in use by the ARC Command. Work with Administrators and
maintenance workers in field units to ensure the software is kept
up-to-date and is being used on a regular basis. Additionally, make
recommendations to the Property Director when changes, updates or
more training is needed for field personnel.

As our enthusiastic and hardworking PLANNED MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
+ Establish and maintain property maintenance software for all
facilities of the ARC Command.
+ Coordinate with THQ property department as needed for
implementation of property maintenance software.
+ Be available to travel to ARC locations to acquire the necessary
data for upload to property maintenance software.
+ Train and assist end users in the use of property maintenance
software.
+ Notify appropriate persons when maintenance requests in property
maintenance software are not being followed up in an appropriate
amount of time.
+ Assist the Property Director with planned maintenance items,
including maintenance contracts, quotes for repairs, etc.
+ Where there are maintenance agreements that need to be
established by ARC Command, assist Property Director in
establishing these and ensure that said agreements are adhered
to.
+ Ensure repairs and replacement of items are recorded in property
maintenance software with necessary back up and future maintenance
scheduling.
+ Manage property maintenance software for all ARC Command
properties, including officers quarters.
+ Provide reports as needed or helpful to enable ARCC leadership to
make good decisions.
+ 50% travel in the field required, with majority of locations in
California, but also other states within the Western Territory,
including: Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, Honolulu, Portland and
Denver
+ Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably
within the scope of the duties for this position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelors Degree Required in relevant field OR minimum of 3 years
experience working in a maintenance related position for pay.
+ 5 years experience in maintenance and/or construction fields
preferred.
+ Valid CA/DL with clear MVR Check
+ Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
etc.)
+ Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
+ Detail-oriented and organized.
+ Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills to
work effectively with business partners and working groups to meet
mutual goals.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
+ Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist
on an intermittent or continuous basis.
+ Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet
drawers, and other office equipment.
+ Ability to communicate clearly on the telephone.
+ Ability to lift to 30 lbs.
+ Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
+ Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential
duties of the position with or without accommodation. A qualified

PAY RATE: $68K-$72K Anually.
