The Automotive Sales Consultant is responsible for selling new and used cars to customers while providing all customer who enter our dealership an extraordinary buying experience.

  $60000 - $140000 is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, commissions, bonuses, overtime, etc. The hourly rate for this position is minimum wage ($15.50). Commissions range from $26,000 to $105,000 per year based on performance.Responsibilities
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in's and the out's of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.Qualifications
    • Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record
