FOOD SAFETY - SANITATION LEAD (Carson, CA)
Carson, CA
$18/hr+ (based on experience)
LONG TERM POSITION
A Fruit production/distribution warehouse is seeking a Lead or
Supervisor for this position.
**If you have experience as a Restaurant or Warehouse Lead or
Supervisor and familiar with Food Sanitation, you may qualify, send
your resume today!
Includes:
- Food sanitation & Safety record keepings (Daily, Weekly, Monthly,
Etc.)
- HACCP development & planning
- Establishing & updating SOP, SSOP, O-SOP procedures
- Document prep for Food Sanitation & Safety audits
- Verifying food safety procedures are meet and followed
- Internal audits are performed as required
- Implement necessary changes/needs and update
- Verify and train warehouse cleaners
- Verify warehouse documentations are up to date and followed
- Verify organic production requirements are met and followed
