• Busy and stable firmJob DetailsTitle: Demolition Project Manager / EstimatorLocation: Carson, CA / Southern California Compensation: $80,000 - $115,000 DOEDuties include:
  • Preparing accurate project take-offs (estimates of bids as well as actual projects)
  • Performing project layout on jobsites for Demolition from work orders, pictures, and videos.
  • Creating cover letters with proposals and "cheat sheet" detailing required scope to on-site Foreman and Field Manager.
  • Coordinating and schedule all city related, soils, and deputy inspections.
  • Informing Field Manager to dispatch for projects per proposal
  • Completing the Pre-Scheduling Checklist
  • Reserving and will-call materials from vendors.
  • Reviewing and approving vendor invoices for shoring projects
  • Maintaining weekly office hours to ensure consistent communication with office staff
  • Growing existing client accounts as well as adding new clientsMust have:
    • 5+ years' experience estimating for demolition, grading and shoring
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Well organized, flexible, detail oriented and able to multi-task
