A product manufacturing company has an open position for a
Remote Product Manufacturing Advanced Help Desk Analyst.
Must be able to:
Provide Tier 1 level of support to all employees
Log, route, and track calls from users
Support end-users via phone/email with hardware, software, and
network incidents
Qualifications Include:
Ability to empathize, listen, and show patience to all levels of
customers
Possess an advanced troubleshooting skillset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in an organized manner
Ability to adapt and respond positively to challenges in a
fast-paced environment
Experience with Microsoft products, such as Office 365
