Job Description

A day in the office looks like this:

• Answering incoming IT support calls via phone and IT Service Desk ticketing system
• Providing timely support to end users of PCs, Macs, iPhone - and Android - devices, and multiple business applications
• Assigning tasks and work requests; performing follow-ups as needed to ensure resolution
• Providing outstanding customer service under stress and time pressures
• Establishing and maintaining an excellent working relationship with end users
• Investigating and solving desktop and other systems-related issues
• Presenting information clearly and logically with the ability to explain technical issues in plain, non-technical language
• Recognizing high-priority issues and responding accordingly
• Assisting fellow team members and performing other duties as needed
• Carrying out VIP support to members of the Executive Team
• Identifying, evaluating and recommending modifications or enhancements to systems and policies
  Qualifications
  
  Got the skills and experience? Here's what we're looking for:
  
  • 3-5 years of computer support experience; previous Desktop Support experience a plus
  • Solid grasp of troubleshooting Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android technologies
  • Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, superior telephone etiquette, and an ability to deal effectively with customers, peers and management.
  • Ability to perform at a high level without close supervision
  • Availability for on-call rotation and/or occasional Saturdays (standard work week is Monday-Friday)
