Job DescriptionGrowing and Dynamic Logistics company looking to hire MULTIPLE Operations Assistants' for a growing department. Duties:Assisting with the daily operations of a freight brokerage, including scheduling and tracking shipments, negotiating with freight carriers and handling customer questions. Interacting with customers and maintaining positive customer and carrier relations. Tasks may include preparing spreadsheets and financial reports, filing insurance claims, and setting shipping rates.On the Accounts Payable side - good analytical skills, 100% 10-key accuracy by touch, natural ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and organize, and is able to process high volume transactions in a fast paced environment.Flexibility is important in this role.
