Position Details Title: Logistics CoordinatorLocation: Carson, CA 90745Duration: 4+ Months contract Job Description:Primary Responsibilities:--- Digitalization of logistics processes and analyzing and predicting demands--- E-commerce platform--- Identify, propose and implement solutions for optimization of existing warehouse and support truck space--- Coordinate logistic shipments between parts storage locations including support trucks--- Investigate and coordinate parts outsourcing opportunities for future growth and digitalization--- Identify and investigate trends in logistics and supply management to increase parts storage and distribution efficiencyEducation:--- Bachelor's degree in business administration or higher with a focus in logistics, supply chain management or project managementExperience, Skills, and Knowledge--- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience coordinating logistics projects--- Strong analysis skills with the ability to prepare, analyze and explain data and research results--- Ability to work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects with varying deadlines--- Extensive logistics and general automotive knowledge--- Team player able to work with other departments, vendors and customers--- SAP experience--- Proficiency in German language a plus
