multiple companies (tasks, deadlines, statuses). Manage virtual

momentum. Coordinate with internal/external teams on paid media,
SEO, email, SMS, and landing pages. Oversee creative workflows:
route graphics requests, ensure brand consistency. Keep print

shows, sponsorships, and marketing events end-to-end. Secure booth
spaces and handle all logistics: staffing, travel, collateral, and
day-of details. Ensure all assets are print-ready and logistics are
complete 7 days before any event. Partner with Sales Coordination
to ensure event leads are properly captured and followed up.
Systems Management Maintain a lightweight execution system (Notion
or equivalent) for all marketing ops. Run weekly marketing meetings
and track action items to closure. Develop request templates,
briefs, and scorecards to streamline execution. Qualifications
