AppleOne in Cypress has an immediate need for a Selling Recruiter to join our team! We are a top 10 branch and we are looking for an accomplished selling recruiter to add to our staff. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing, engaging personality and excel at time management. This position requires heavy cold calling to develop and grow your client base and obtain new job orders, as well as identifying, recruiting, and interviewing candidates to fill our open positions. The Staffing Associate/Account Executive must be a quick learner, have stellar interpersonal communication skills, be responsible for timely follow-up with candidates and clients, and thrive in a very fast-paced environment. This is a stable and highly successful team with a "work hard, play hard" mentality, and requires a polished, professional candidate that succeeds in that type of environment. Top candidates will have a proven sales record in a commission-based, highly competitive sales environment. Staffing industry experience in sales and recruiting a plus.
