Job Description:
A growing food manufacturer is looking for an Account Manager/Customer Relations representative. The Account Manager will be in charge of taking customer calls, placing orders and upselling products. The Account Manager must have outstanding phone etiquette. It is a huge plus if you come from a Natural Industry background(Natural Industry: Raw, organic products). Would like to have a candidate that has some knowledge about organic super foods: acai berries, nuts, etc. to be able to explain their products and upsell. Bachelors degree preferred. MUST have 2-3 years experience in Customer Service, Telemarketing, or Sales experience. Experience in Netsuite and Mac highly desirable. Company is dog friendly!!
