Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and triage incoming phone calls and support ticket emails,
document notes, and transfer appropriately
Dispatch service and support calls to the appropriate engineer
based on customer needs and location
Evaluate customer needs and solutions, build knowledge base, and
offer appropriate support
Qualifications:
Proven experience handling multiple tasks in a customer
service-oriented role
Background in call center, dispatch, and/or scheduling
preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Ability to type at least 60wpm
Authorization to work in the country
