Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate production of client materials and maintain positive
customer relations throughout the manufacturing process
Translate customer requirements into detailed manufacturing
instructions and shipping/postal instructions
Resolve customer or manufacturing issues and communicate with
customers regarding issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant
administrative/operational support in manufacturing or office
environment
Excellent knowledge of functional area(s) related to the job
Advanced knowledge of technology, including computers and software
programs
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
Availability to work weekends and holidays
