Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Patient Portal Agent to assist patients with navigating the Epic MyChart patient portal and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to patients with navigating the Epic MyChart patient portal and answer their questions
Research and troubleshoot complex issues and ensure resolution
Maintain call documentation and keep product knowledge up to date

Required Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish
2 years of customer service experience
2 years of IT work experience
Ability to work independently and stay engaged with the virtual team
Ability to work non-standard shifts, including weekends and holidays
