Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Care Navigator to
work in a Triage Call Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound employee and/or supervisor injury report calls,
transferring calls requiring triage to the appropriate queue
Gather and document information from injured workers or supervisors
and enter it into proprietary software
Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving assistance
to callers
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish
High school diploma or GED
At least two years of customer service or client relations
experience preferred
Proficient in data entry and PC proficiency, including Microsoft
Office applications
Ability to maintain a high-speed, hard-wired internet connection at
home
