Job Description:

We are seeking an -Accounts Payable Specialist -for a great service company located the Torrance Area. This position will be working onsite and will pay up to $27.00 per hour. - -Accounts Payable Specialist:

Responsible for full cycle AP processing
Review and process all invoices and expense reports
Match the purchase orders and inventory receipts and obtain all necessary approvals
Analyze invoices and expense reports to determine they are coded to the appropriate GL accounts and departments
Obtain signatures and distribute the AP checks
Handle any electronic payments and maintain all vendor records
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Experience with Concur is highly desired
