Position Overview
The Org Transformation Partner will serve in an internal consulting
capacity to our Business Leaders and Business Partners on
Organization Transformation efforts. Organization transformation
initiatives might be driven by changes in strategy, leadership,
organizational design, and/or the type or manner of work being
performed. There will be multiple business functions involved in
said efforts and the Org Transformation Partner will be responsible
for ensuring the organization and people related elements are well
defined and enabled through their work.
To do the role effectively the Organization Transformation Partner
will be expected to establish strong partnerships both inside of
the People and Places organization as well as across the business
to deliver high quality transformation efforts. They will also need
to establish clarity around where collaboration across teams to
achieve project results is required and model how to do so
effectively.
They will leverage a knowledge of how to effectively define and
deliver transformation consulting efforts, leverage existing
Autodesk processes, systems, tools, and frameworks, and will help
build and adapt content for managing transformations as the
discipline matures. This is a newly created position and a great
opportunity to help buildout a new discipline area, demonstrate
leadership, have impact on multiple parts of the organization, and
be an integral part of the People and Places team evolution and
Autodesk's growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
Work with leaders to clarify business strategy and org capability,
job roles, structures and operating model requirements for the
business units and functions we support
Help define the operating model for Organization Transformation
work and act as steward of the evolution of the practice
Develop Organization Transformation playbook and model in
partnership with Organization Effectiveness Leadership Team
Help define governance, prioritization, and roles and
responsibilities in the management of the Organization
Transformation portfolio
Establish strong working relationships with identified client group
and broader groups of stakeholders
Serve as an internal expert and advisor on Organization
Transformation practices
Establish and maintain relationships with external partners to
enable business transformation efforts
Minimum Qualifications
6-8+ Years work experience in organization transformation / change
management consulting, org design, or adjacent work experience
Understanding of Organization Transformation principles and
theories, with a strong compliment of applied experiences
Data driven decision maker with evidence of roles that required
analytical thinking to drive results
Comfort and confidence working across multiple systems and tools to
drive results
Exceptional written and oral communication skills with proven
ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
Ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel with high
levels of quality and impact
Demonstrated global program/management capability
BA/BS in relevant field (Business / Strategy, Systems Thinking)
preferred
Demonstrated experience of leading with indirect authority
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Services / Consulting experience
Master's degree in relevant field a plus, but not a must have
(Industrial/Org Psych, Business / Strategy)
Experience working with or for global organization

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive package. For
U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $127,200
and $205,810. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and
geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base
salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash
bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a
comprehensive benefits package.
