** Application Support Specialist - ARB, Inc.****Job Category****:** IT and Systems Development **Requisition Number****:** APPLI004383 Showing 1 location **Job Details****Description****Job Overview:**Primoris Services Corporation is currently searching search of an experienced Applications Support Analyst based out of the Carson, CA area. The Applications Support Analyst is responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across the business. This position does have the ability to be remote.**Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:*** Respond to application problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions.* Possess specialist knowledge of Operator Qualifications Management Systems including, but not limited to, ISNetworld, NCCER, Veriforce, etc.* Assist with systems integrations/conversions.* Maintain and update end user documentation and procedures.* Set up new users, user maintenance, and user terminations.* Assist with monthly and quarterly auditor request as assigned.* Complete additional duties as assigned.**Basic Qualifications:*** Minimum 3 years of IT experience.* Bachelors degree in business or IT major/concentration preferred.* Experience supporting Operator Qualifications Management Systems including ISNetworld, NCCER and Veriforce* Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to create organized and informative reports, as well as comprehensive and accurate documentation.* Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight schedules.* Experience in construction industry preferred**Company Overview:**The Industrial Group provides a comprehensive range of services for industrial plants and facilities.
