Job Description

As a full-time A/R Specialist I at our Carson headquarters, you will provide key operational support to our expanding Accounting division, and you will also get the inside view of how a multimillion-dollar company functions day to day. As you work on our Accounts Receivable team, you will rely on your great people and problem-solving skills, superb attention to detail and ability to excel under tight deadlines. A day in the office looks like this:

• Posting daily payments including checks, wires and EDI/ACH credit transfers to customer accounts.
• Processing customer credit card payments
• Processing customer refunds for multiple payment methods.
• Participating in special department projects/initiatives as directed
• Providing operational support to multiple internal Accounting teams
• Ensuring that all internal and external customers receive top-notch service
• Jumping into time-sensitive projects wherever needed
• Showing flexibility and a willingness to learn
  
  Qualifications
  
  Got the skills and experience? Here's what we're looking for:
  
  • 0-1 years experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar department
  • Experience with ERP software, SAP preferred
  • Lockbox experience preferred
  • Strong data entry/10-key skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook required
  • Self-motivation and organization, with a demonstrated ability to proactively manage and prioritize multiple competing projects simultaneously
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Get-it-done mindset and ability to handle high volume of customer payments
  • Ability to work on-site at our Carson office

    • Hourly: $18 - $20 with an annual bonus of up to 10%
