Description:The Services Sales Representative will have a set sales route where they will be managing already established accounts that use their office products. They will be responsible for anywhere between 75-100 customers, updating agreements, adding and upselling products. Their territory could be anywhere as north as Bethesda and as south as Oxon Hill, need to be comfortable driving in DC for some clients.A. Sales Growth - Responsible for increasing weekly volume by selling and meeting sales goals through the following efforts:1. New Account Prospects - Maximize opportunities for increasing new business by turning in sales leads on an ongoing basis that have the potential to produce new business.2. Catalog Sales - Generate catalog sales by maximizing opportunities within existing accounts for the purchase of additional products. Meet goals established for average weekly catalog sales.3. Additional Rental Service - Maximize opportunities for additional rental volume within existing accounts by participating in all contests and promotions. Meet goals established for market penetration, contest, and promotions. 4. Price Increases - Obtain contract renewals and sell customers on price increases as assigned by the Service Manager. Continually sell the company to ensure price increases meet established goals.5. Add-Ons/Stop Orders - Maintain a positive ratio of add-ons over stop orders.6. Lost Replacement Revenue - Obtain lost replacement revenue due to the loss or destruction of rental products by the customer.7. Service Agreement Renewals - Ensure all customer service agreements are renewed prior to the expiration date to secure the business for future revenue.B. Customer Service - Responsible for meeting and exceeding overall customer satisfaction index levels with a minimum target of 70%.1. Competitive Urgency - Attend to every detail of business with a sense of urgency, enthusiasm, professionalism and thoroughness.2. Developing Relationships - Establish and maintain a rapport with each customer contact to ensure service agreement renewals and prevent lost business.3. Problem Solving/Decision Making - Resolve customer concerns by developing a problem resolution plan and communicating issues to the customer. Develop alternate courses of action and make decisions which are based on logical assumptions and factual information.4. Positive Discontent - Strive to improve the product, systems, or service provided to the customer. Always look for an opportunity to improve.5. Organization - Maintain a neat, organized area for the customer's uniforms by ensuring; there is a proper place to keep uniforms clean and unwrinkled; uniform lockers (if used) are in good condition and labeled; there is a central place for soiled uniforms to be accumulated; that service request tags and other supplies are adequate; and that hangers are picked up and stored on hanger racks.
