Job Description:
A company is seeking an experienced commercial attorney to join
their North American legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate and draft sales and procurement agreements, including
creating template agreements
Advocate for the company in disputes and manage outside counsel for
litigation/arbitration proceedings
Monitor and review regulatory developments, implement legal
technology, and support other functional legal teams
Required Qualifications:
3-6 years of legal experience
Experience in an AmLaw200 law firm or global legal department
preferred
Willingness to learn about the business and the changing energy
landscape
Ability to provide autonomous legal guidance and integrate into
existing business teams
Must be licensed in any US State
