Job Description Job Description Technical Recruiter Overview We
are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a proven track
record of attracting and hiring top technical talent. The ideal
candidate will bring deep expertise in technical recruiting,
high-volume hiring, and the effective use of ATS platforms to
identify, engage, and hire qualified candidates. Key
Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle using
Workday, including applicant tracking, optimizing hiring workflows,
and maintaining accurate and compliant candidate data. Execute
end-to-end recruiting in high-volume environments across a wide
range of technical roles, including Front-End and Back-End
Engineers, Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Data
Scientists, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Product Managers, UX/UI
Designers, Product and Design professionals, as well as Machine
Learning and AI specialists. Build and maintain strong pipelines of
passive candidates through targeted research, networking, direct
sourcing, cold calling, advanced web-based sourcing, job postings,
professional associations, and employee referral programs. Partner
closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements,
provide market insights, and deliver timely hiring solutions.
Qualifications Proven experience in technical recruiting.
Proficiency in Workday and/or other applicant tracking systems.
Strong background in high-volume recruiting environments. Ability
to source, assess, and engage technical talent across multiple
