Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with multiple teams to define problems and outline solutions
Architect resilient, secure, efficient, and scalable solutions
Mentor, pair, and train others to advance the collective knowledge of the team

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of professional development experience in an enterprise environment
Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals
Strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks (React, Redux)
Strong understanding of JavaScript testing libraries (Cypress, Jest, React Testing Library)
Previous experience independently leading and mentoring a team of software engineers
