Shift/Work Hours: - The core hours of operation shall be from 6:00
AM to 2:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM local time.

Job Description: Lead all Web and Application implementations
including, Software Delivery, Software License Compliance, Web and
non-web Application, and support. Provide technical expertise in
the planning, scheduling, and execution of the primary site for
Datacenter Migration. Track all projects that impact the Agency
SIPRNet.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work as part of a cross-functional team to manage web, application,
and database-related components.
The organization manages software license compliance using both
commercial tools and locally developed programs and processes.

Software license compliance must be performed to ensure the
organization is operating within legal and ethical guidelines. In
order to maintain oversight and compliance of software license
entitlements, the person performing these tasks is required to have
a working knowledge of IBM BigFix Web Reports, Flexera, ServiceNow,
Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory for user information queries based
on computer, Excel or CSV spreadsheet data transformation and
analysis, SQL query, XML parsing/output/schema generation.
Assess software license compliance by utilizing discovery tools,
software contract files, hardware contract files, and software
usage history and report findings.
Maintain and update Flexera Asset Management tools on a daily
basis
Create and maintain software license files in Flexera on a daily
basis.
Create and maintain software configuration items in the
Configuration Management Database (CMDB) (part of daily work
requirement). -
Review CMDB software and hardware configuration items to ensure
information is current and accurate. - Remediate/update identified
discrepancies.
The organization relies on automated delivery of software in order
to install software, application software, and operating system
patches to workstations and servers in an efficient, standardized,
and repeatable manner.
The organization currently utilizes BigFix, Microsoft Endpoint
Configuration Manager (MECM), and Microsoft System Center
Configuration Manager (SCCM), to perform this function.
Working with the server team, maintain enterprise software delivery
servers that support patching and asset management infrastructure,
and deploy and configure enterprise patch management agents on all
Agency workstations and servers.
Ensure the software delivery application is operational and
available for use for Tier II and Tier III support personnel.
Create software packages for commercial and Government software,
which includes desktop and server operating systems patches,
application software updates, and new software version
releases.
Document and update all software package activities like
installation issues, modifications/corrections to the software
package, reported issues and delays. -
Test software packages in coordination with organizations Automated
Test Center.
Deploy tested/approved software packages, including deployments of
customized Commercial and Government off the Shelf Web Applications
both on prem and cloud.
Responsible for the administration of application functionality,
application user management, and application security.
Work with the backup team to create, document, validate, implement,
test and coordinate back-up and restoration procedures.
Execute software web development and application sustainment and
updates.
Follow organizations request, incident and change procedures,
documenting as required in ITSM/Help Desk tools.
Work and resolve applicable Tier III incidents and problems, and
work to resolve service requests annotating work and results in
applicable ITSM/Help Desk tools.
Required Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree - Six years field related experience may be
substituted for Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 10 years of experience supporting a wide variety of
infrastructure technology upgrades and implementations, such as web
traffic shaping/management, SharePoint, and authentication
technologies.
Must possess at least one of the below Certifications (IAT II):---

SSCP--- -
Preferred Qualifications:
MCSA or MCSE Certification preferred
HD-DAST Certification preferred
