Job Description
We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Manager of Total Rewards- Compensation. When it comes to total rewards, our employees are our customers-and that means providing the highest-quality service to 2,000-plus hardworking individuals. Successful candidates will possess the knowledge and hands-on experience required to oversee our rewards package with a focus on all things compensation. The ability to answer complex questions and meet the confidential needs of all employees is a must. We are seeking a proven leader with expertise on compensation strategy, salary structures, and benchmarking in an organization with 1000+ employees.A day in the office looks like this:

  • Establishing, developing, maintaining and delivering compensation programs in support of the company's philosophy, culture and strategy
  • Providing strategic leadership and implementing best in class compensation practices
  • Overseeing and managing compensation policy, procedures and practices, including the management of the annual raise process, promotions and adjustments, incentive plan reviews, employee investment programs and market review/analysis.
  • Playing a lead role in our job-leveling project and ensuring structure and process are in place to maintain long-term
  • Driving program improvements that attract, motivate, and retain top talent
  • Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the HR team is seen as a valued strategic partner and key influencer in business decisions
  • Manage data within technology solutions related to compensation and total reward programs.
  • Liaising between employees, leadership and consultants to provide a top-notch, personalized brand of service
  • Leading the evaluation of our total compensation package by using resources to review, evaluate and propose recommendations
  • Partnering with management on projects and other duties as assigned
    Got the skills and experience? Here's what we're looking for:
    • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
    • 7+ years of experience in HR, with specific experience managing Compensation or Total Rewards for an organization with 1000+ individuals
    • Experience creating and managing compensation and benefits plans to help attract and retain top-level talent
    • Proven proficiency with MS suite of products (Office, Word, Excel)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with analytical capabilities and strong business acumen
