Job Description:

What we do is coordinate benefits for labor unions, credit unions, and associations. Working with police departments, firefighters, teachers, postal workers and other labor unions as well.We have set up direct relationships with over 5,000 union associations around Southern California. The role of a customer service representative is to simply educate these members who request information about the benefits that are available to them through their union affiliation.What we desire in a candidate: self-motivation, proven leadership abilities, a customer service attitude, integrity, a desire for professional development, a willingness to learn, and exceptional people skills.What we provide is a genuine career opportunity: training and mentorship, growth opportunities, and financial success.Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaintsProvide information about the products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesRequirements for consideration:

Able to pass state required background checkFluent in English - bilingual Spanish a plus -Reliable form of transportationPowered by JazzHR
