Job DescriptionGrowing and Dynamic company is looking to hire MULTIPLE Customer Service Representative's***Must have worked in one of the following fields - 3PL (third-party logistics), trucking (LTL/FTL/Harbor Drayage), warehousing & distribution, air freight forwarding, ocean freight forwarding or freight transport***Qualification: High School Diploma/GED. Minimum of 1 year of experience working directly in Trucking or some sort of warehouse, manufacturing, wholesome, import, export, distribution or logistics Industry. Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be detail oriented and accurate, Must have good communication skills. Responsibilities: Interact with drivers, assist with invoicing, tracing, tracking, scheduling pick ups, interacting with clients, assist customers as necessary to resolve their customer service issues and use the resources available, such as computer, operations personnel, and management as required for timely resolution. Communicate with customers and co-workers in a polite and professional manner. Use effective lines of communication to provide consistent and reliable information to customers and peers. Relay phone messages in a timely manner. Pull copies from the printer and fax machine, and distribute to appropriate person/place.
