CUSTOMER SERVICE - IMPORTER, DISTRIBUTOR
Position Summary
In this position you will provide customers with product availability, new product information,
pricing, order processing, and other information as needed.
In addition, work with other dept. personnel to communicate customer demands and needs
such as; shipment dates, tracking orders and/or returns or credits.

  Compensation:$ Will depend on qualifications
  
  DUTIES:
  
• Receives orders by telephone or email and enters them into system
  
• Manages inbound and outbound calls
  
• Follows up with post-sale customer service
  
• Processes will-call orders
  
• Promotes the Company s specials to existing and new clients
  
• Addresses customer inquiries in person and/or on the telephone
  
• Supports outside sales by processing orders, credit applications, and other documents
  
  
  REQUIREMENTS
  
• 6 Months to 1 year of Call Center or Customer Service experience
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Computer literate - MS Windows, Excel, Word, email (Outlook)
  
• Strong organizational and people skills
  
• Bilingual SPANISH a must - Good telephone etiquette and attention to detail.
  
  
• Able to pass federal/state/local government, or company-required background checks.
