neuro, ortho, gyn, urology, endo/GI cases - Multiple shift options
available 6:30 am - 11 pm - No OB or trauma cases - Pediatric cases
once monthly, ages 4 for healthy procedures - General, ortho,
neuro/spine, craniotomies required - PALS, ACLS, BLS certification
required - Hospital privileges required - Health, vision, dental,
