Job Description Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA , is currently seeking an Academic Hospitalist (BE/BC Internal Medicine) to join our multi-specialty group, Desert Valley Medical Group. This is a full-time, employed opportunity with a strong academic component, working with Internal Medicine residents. Position Highlights Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital. Day shift Hospitalist with academic responsibilities Actively involved with IM residents: rounding and serving as core faculty for the IM Residency Program Open ICU; procedures preferred but not required Some Primary Care shift coverage preferred Work Schedule: Traditional Work Schedule: Monday–Friday schedule (8AM–5PM) 1 weekend/month Located in Victorville, CA – ~45 minutes from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga Base salary starting at $275,000/year , plus semi-annual production bonuses Sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement will be given.
