Our high-volume restaurant delivers first-class hospitality in a laid-back, beach-inspired setting.We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our operations and team, driving excellence in all areas of the business. This role requires a dynamic leader with proven expertise in upscale, high-volume environments and a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional execution in front- and back-of-house functions.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
• Manage financial performance, including P&L, cost controls, budgets, and forecasting.
• Develop and implement service strategies to optimize workflow, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, including PCI/DSS, Alcohol Awareness, Food Handling, and Gaming Registration (where applicable).
• Participate in and complete the Company General Manager Training Program.
• Build strong relationships with guests, staff, vendors, and the local community.Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements
  • Education: Two-year associate degree (60 credit hours) in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in hospitality, with at least 5 years in a General Manager or senior leadership role within a high-volume setting.
  • Strong foundation in guest service, with the ability to coach, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
  • Proven financial acumen, with experience managing P&L statements, budgets, forecasting, COGS, and labor models.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office, POS systems, and other operational tools.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks requiring repetitive motion.
    • Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials as needed.
    • Flexible schedule availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.What We Offer
