Position: Caf-- Manager
Are you passionate about French cuisine, desserts, and croissants? If so, we want you to be part of our vibrant team at Parfait Paris in La Jolla, CA! Located on Girard Avenue, we are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated Caf-- Manager to help us deliver a top-notch dining experience to our customers.
Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the caf-- with a team of 15 employees (part-time and full-time)
  
• Schedule shifts for staff, monitor expenses and revenues, and conduct weekly inventory
  
• Train new team members and ensure adherence to quality standards
  
• Maintain equipment and store cleanliness
  
• Implement upselling strategies and manage labor costs
  
• Resolve staffing issues and ensure excellent customer service
  
• Build friendly relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and reputation
  
• Assist in the kitchen if necessary due to staff absence
  
  Qualifications
  
  
• Previous experience as a Caf-- Manager
  
• Experience in back-of-house operations
  
• Proficiency with professional coffee machines
  
• Availability to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays
  
• Excellent communication and team management skills
  
• Customer service-oriented attitude
  
• High school diploma; additional certifications are a plus
  
  Compensation and Benefits
  

• 
  
• $20/hr + tips (potentially $28-$30/hr)
  
• Monthly incentive pay based on performance
  
• One week paid vacation after 6 months
