A company is looking for a Customer Rewards and Ecommerce Vice President.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect and lead a multi-year strategy for loyalty-based customer rewards
Develop a unified ecommerce strategy to drive brand affinity and admiration
Leverage partnerships to create exclusive merchandise and showcase the value of membership

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in customer rewards and e-commerce
Expertise in brand and promotional strategies
Experience leading and scaling teams across multiple geographies
Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing and differentiated rewards offerings
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
