Day-to-Day as an Order Management Manager:

• Manage customer order activity through the entire order fulfillment cycle, ensuring accuracy while collaborating effectively with IT, particularly in the resolution of EDI-related matters
• Act as primary liaison with other departments within the company in prioritization of orders based on changes in supply, product availability, or changing customer requirements
• Collaborate effectively with Sales and Operations teams, relaying order challenges and ensuring resolution
• Own all facets of order management projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy and goals. Respond timely and effectively to customer inquiries by searching for the status of shipments, and past dues and managing expedited orders
• Manage Order Management Associate(s), while being a mentor in their career development through leadership and expertise
• Monitor open orders to make sure they are shipped out according to the requested ship date, and any delays will be reported to Sales
• Demonstrate expertise in problem-solving, bringing new ideas and creative solutions to existing processes and issues
• Serve as an escalation point to assist in resolving issues with orders What You Bring as an Order Management Manager
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in order management with noted experience in supply chain-related customer support. E-commerce customer portal experience is a plus
  • Hands-on NetSuite or other ERP systems - TrueCommerce or other EDI experience - MS Excel
  • Impeccable communication
  • Strong focus on detail and accuracy coupled with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any time
