Job Description:

*Essential Job Functions: *

* Implement and monitor activities of Branch Staff designed to recruit, train and retain temporary employees needed to fill all available assignments.
* Implement and monitor company quality standards for all services rendered.
* Direct and manage customer development activities within the office, including face-to-face customer contact to create and develop a good business relationship with existing and inactive customers and retain and build additional revenues.
* Recruit, select, train and evaluate branch office staff using guidelines and materials developed and provided by company standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints of temporary employees and customers in a timely manner
* Mentor, Coach and counsel Branch Staff to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction for the team.
* Manage Branch Payroll Processing to ensure maintaining required timelines
* Inform employees of company strategies, objectives and results to maximize
* Perform functions of other branch staff as needed to support branch team
* Conduct service calls to ensure quality customer service and expand business.
* Complete and maintain company reports as required for internal and customers
* Follow company policies and procedures for all staffing and customer activity.
* Perform other job tasks as assigned
* Manage budgeting for branch
* Conduct safety orientations
* Increase billing

*Qualifications: *

* Previous experience in sales, human resource, and service industry required, successful prior experience, as an Operations Manager is preferred.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet. Should be comfortable with computer applications in general. "Avionte a Plus"
* Ability to remember information (e.g., policies, procedures) or locate resources to find information as needed to support your branch team and or clients.
* Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with others.
* Ability to work with other team members as well as independently.
* Ability to perform effectively under multi-task scenarios to support clients and teams in the branch and other units within the company.
* Cooperative, team-oriented, patient, calm under pressure.
* Ability to produce results within an autonomous environment, within company guidelines and have the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, powerpoint and access - Avionte is a plus
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
* Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
* Budget development and oversight experience
* A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
* Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment
* Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
* Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization

*Education: *

* 1 - 2 years of colleage and / or 3 years experience in staffing operations and management background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $640,000.00 per year
