Job Description:
A software-as-a-service company needs applicants for an opening
for a Telecommute Knowledge Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Facilitating the identification, and sharing of these internal
processes' best practices
Creating a governance structure to preserve the freshness and
accuracy of information
Identifying and supporting training and learning needs for existing
and new employees utilizing our processes.
Qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Language Arts or equivalent
degree
Five years of relevant experience in knowledge management or
related field
Possess Global teamwork, project management, communication, and
partnering skills
Strong communicator with the ability to help others understand
complex topics.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with the ability to
manage multiple assignments
