Dermalogica is expanding and we are looking for an Amazon, Senior Ecommerce Manager--to join our growing team!--This position plays a crucial role in defining and executing the growth plan for Dermalogica on Amazon. This--includes building brand awareness, increasing conversion rates, retention, and sales while maintaining brand integrity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set growth strategy and sustainable vision to increase sales and Dermalogica's market share on Amazon.
• Manage sales forecasts and investment plans, providing weekly updates on trends.
• Assemble a team of internal and external partners to help execute the growth plan and navigate the day-to-day challenges of selling on Amazon.
• Define, track, and analyze KPIs to help prioritize opportunities on and off the platform.
• Manage paid media, influencer, and organic search strategy to drive traffic and new customers.
• Identify and lead A/B testing across the product page and advertising to increase brand and product conversion.
• Ensure that all marketing activities are consistently delivering on the brand attributes of education, personalization, and human touch.
• Partner with operations to secure inventory in line with financial forecasts.
• Engage with customers by answering questions and reviews.
• Maintain expertise of the Amazon landscape, new features, and competitors, identifying trends and growth opportunities.
• Ensure forecast accuracy, manage and maintain budgets and ensure sales targets are met.
• Manage and recommend software and agency partners. Education and/or Experience:
  • BA or BS degree--preferred
  • Expert level of selling on Amazon Seller Central with extensive knowledge of best practices and strategies
  • 5+ years growing brands on Amazon
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Search--and SEO
