Job Description:

Remarks: Family owned and very stable Real Estate / Property Management Group is looking for their next CFO to lead their accountant and finance department. This position will be based out of their Carson, CA location and will report directly to the President.

CFO responsibilities:

- Supervise a staff of 6 in accounting & finance
- Oversee the day to day accounting functions and close processes
- Perform all FP&A functions such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, etc.
- KPI tracking and monthly financial reporting
- Partnership Tax
- Act as the main point of contact with auditors, banks and lenders
- Advise ownership on the strategic direction of the organization

Requirements for CFO:

- 10+ years' accounting & finance experience with at least 5 years' in a managerial role
- Real Estate or property management industry experience
- Active CPA license (will consider inactive licenses if applicant is willing to renew)
- Partnership tax experience Requirements Qualifications for CFO:
