Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Deep Learning to design and implement advanced ML algorithms powering core capabilities across a portfolio of next-generation sequencing and genomic analysis platforms. From high-throughput sequencing systems to real-time genomic pipelines, you will help develop intelligent solutions that translate massive, multimodal data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy ML algorithms across a range of domains, including image processing, sequencing output, and multi-omics data.
• Implement algorithms in Python and modern C++, optimizing for speed and scalability across edge, server, and cloud environments.
• Analyze and debug ML model performance, with a focus on explainability, edge cases, and high-accuracy optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning software, bioinformatics, hardware, and imaging to build integrated, validated solutions.
• Contribute high-quality code, tests, and documentation aligned with robust software development and product delivery practices.
• Support deployment across a diverse infrastructure, including FPGA, GPU, and cloud-based systems.
  Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master's or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Applied Math, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in ML-focused product development, preferably involving large-scale data pipelines or bioinformatics tools.
  • Proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or XGBoost, and strong coding skills in Python and modern C++.
  • Experience with numerical optimization, image analysis, and high-performance computing (HPC or parallelized systems).
  • Solid understanding of machine learning lifecycle: from prototyping to validation, deployment, and debugging in production.
