Job Description:
My client, a rapidly growing, US-based manufacturer of
precision, high-performance products servicing the Defense,
Aerospace, Medical, Semiconductor, and Industrial Markets is
seeking a Process Engineer. Responsibilities* Analyze & improve
existing processes in the manufacture of precision machined parts
with respect to capability throughput and cost. * Troubleshoot and
correct process issues.* Identify, specify, layout and implement
new processes. * Author procedures and work instructions per QMS
requirements* Work with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of
parts to specification. Qualifications* Bachelor's degree or
equivalent experience in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.*
Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience, including hands on
knowledge and experience in turning, milling, drilling, reaming,
grinding, broaching and other machining processes of CRES. *
Fluency with engineering drawings & GD&T. * Fluency with Solid
Works* Excellent work ethic, positive attitude, detail oriented,
and ability to learn quickly. * Wire EDM experience highly
preferred.
