a reliable and customer?focused Healthcare Customer Service
Representative to support patients through inbound calls in a
fast?paced medical office and call center environment. This
entry?level role is ideal for someone with strong communication
skills, attention to detail, and an interest in healthcare
operations and patient services. Key Responsibilities Handle
inbound calls from patients regarding care coordination,
authorizations, and general inquiries Schedule patient appointments
accurately and efficiently Provide over-the-phone customer service
with a professional and empathetic approach Verify patient
information and insurance details as needed Assist with medical
records requests and documentation Enter and update patient data
accurately in internal systems Ensure all interactions comply with
HIPAA guidelines and privacy standards Collaborate with internal
teams to resolve patient issues and support care delivery Required
Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service and call center
experience Excellent verbal communication and active listening
skills Bilingual in Spanish Familiarity with medical terminology
Accurate data entry and attention to detail Ability to work on-site
in a call center or medical office environment Good typist and
tech-savvy Preferred / Nice?to?Have Qualifications Experience in a
healthcare or medical office setting Knowledge of HMO insurance
plans and insurance verification Patient scheduling experience
Prior exposure to healthcare customer service call centers
Experience using electronic health record systems (NextGen
experience is a plus) Work Environment On-site position Call center
and medical office setting Team-oriented, patient-focused workplace
