Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Marketing Operations &
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Support growth and business development efforts through integrated
campaign delivery and strategic planning
Measure and evaluate marketing performance and offer
recommendations to marketing team and business partners
Lead brand and market research efforts to measure performance and
support internal employee research
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree plus 2+ years of experience in marketing
operations and data analytics, or master's degree in data analytics
or related field
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical delivery and
navigate ambiguous marketing challenges
Passionate about using data to generate actionable insights and
capable of answering key analytical questions with autonomy
Experience supporting growth marketing in a business-to-business
environment
3+ years of professional data analysis work experience
