Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager of Marketing Operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy aligned with the overall marketing and business goals
Own and optimize marketing technology tools and platforms to support marketing efforts
Oversee data collection, segmentation, and analysis to deliver targeted and personalized marketing campaigns

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager with a focus on MarTech management and 1+ years of leadership experience
Proficiency with an enterprise tech stack (Marketo, SFDC, LeanData, 6Sense, and Tableau, etc)
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Excellent project management abilities
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tech, and trends
