accountable for reviewing and reporting results based on customer
fulfillment activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include, but not limited to: • Verify purchase orders have been
entered and updated correctly per Order Entry and Quality Assurance
standards. • Communicating and following up with other departments
regarding required/missing information needed to process orders. •
Work accurately and efficiently to maintain daily quota of
processing orders. • Maintain daily communication with ROE and
answer all questions they may have regarding orders being entered
by the order entry team. • Possess a high regard for product
quality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: To perform this
job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each
essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are

learn product, company processes, and service knowledge. • Proven
customer support experience or experience as a client service
representative. • Excellent analytical, problem solving-solving and

while working under the pressure of deadlines. Computer Skills: To
perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge;
internet software; order processing systems; MS Suites: Excel,
