looking for a Patient Access Representative within a call center
environment in the Beverly Hills, CA area. This person will be
responsible for handling about 50 calls per day for multiple
primary care offices. The job responsibilities include but are not
limited to: answering phones, triaging patients, providing
directions/parking instructions, contacting clinic facility to
notify if a patient is running late, scheduling and rescheduling
patients' appointments, verifying insurances, and assisting with
referrals/follow up care. Required Skills & Experience -HS Diploma
-2 years healthcare call center experience OR front desk experience
at doctor’s office with multiple physicians -Proficient in EHR/EMR
software -2 years experience scheduling patient appointments for
multiple physicians -40 WPM typing speed Nice to Have Skills &
Experience -Proficient in Epic software -Experience verifying
insurances -Basic experience with Excel and standard workbooks
-Experience with Genesis phone system
