Job DescriptionSeeking an office coordinator with logistics/freight forwarding experience. Long term position available to start immediately.

• Access system / Excel / Word
• Data entry (Numbers, Alphabets to Online or Arrival Notices, etc.)
• Track & Trace Shipments & Updating via email to customers and vendors
• Billing – Making invoices in Access system or Excel
• Communication skills to customers via phone or email
• Prefer experienced if it possible with import / export / logistics or at least willingness to learn
• Handing documentation / billing / simi communication skills-tracking shipments
• Good work ethics & who wants to learn
• Start part time but possible to earn their permanent position in the future
• International transportation, forwarding, customs brokerage, steamship line etc.
