Job Description:

We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You'll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and helping with events, transaction paperwork, and systems. Responsibilities:

Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports
Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
Order office equipment and supplies as needed
Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
--- Update and maintain database and other online systems
--- Create gift baskets
--- Assist with mailers and event planning
--- Assist marketing manager with online activities
--- Oversee and track lockboxes and keys as well as installation and removal of signs

Qualifications:

Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
