Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in San Fernando, California. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the company's accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Open to an Accounting Manager or Controller. Responsibilities: • Update and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable reports to ensure accurate financial tracking. • Perform bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies. • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to finalize financial statements. • Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner. • Process vendor payments and ensure proper documentation. • Collaborate with third-party organizations to support accounting-related tasks. • Handle payroll processing as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. • Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and other accounting systems. • Assist with journal entries and general ledger maintenance to ensure proper accounting procedures. • Conduct account reconciliations to identify and resolve any inconsistencies. • Proven experience with month-end close processes and financial reporting. • Strong knowledge of general ledger and journal entries. • Proficiency in account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies. • Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations. • Expertise in accounts payable and accounts receivable management. • Competence in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
